How can I change NameServers on 1und1.de?

can someone help me with that?

I want to use the domain to webspace not from the same company..
it doesn't let me to change it..
I can choose just from 1und1 webspace and email...
I don't know what I did and now I can't use it on their webspace aswell.


Please help me!
