dot de Nameserver change problem

hi,
i have got a .de domain at godaddy and hosting at hostgator.
when i want to change nameservers of my domain at godaddy i get this error;

The modifications you requested for the domain xxxxxxxxxxx.DE have
FAILED.

Error: RegCCTLDSvc: VerifyHostsForRegistration request failure - Hosts
are NOT on different networks

when i asked godaddy; godaddy said there is some special requires for .de nameservers(as soa,..)
i asked it to my host support(the worst i had!!,hostgator is really the worst at support!);some of tecnical supporters said they have this requiments,one of them said no they dont have this requiments".and showed me the free dns server zoneedit.com.
i have confused and choose the second person who says they dont have this .de requiements couse i was taking errors.
i have changed the nameservers to zoneedit.com nameservers.
but still i can not reach my site.
it can not take an ip;

Contact GoDaddy. Maybe there is an issue with their NameServer registration and setting for .DE names.

Modifying .DE Name Servers
When modified for a .DE domain name, the new name servers must meet the following criteria:
Refresh rate between 1000 and 86400 seconds
Retry rate between 1800 and 2880 seconds
Expiration rate between 604800 and 3600000 seconds
Resource record TTL (Time To Live) between 180 and 345600 seconds
The following criteria must also be met:
The domain MX record must resolve to a mail server that is valid for the life of the domain registration.
The DNS servers must be located on two distinct class C networks.
The zone files for both name servers must have matching serial numbers.
The primary and secondary hosts specified in both zone files must match the first and second name servers entered.

i have contacted with hostgator some of technical supporter says their servers meet cretias.
but one technical supporter said "not they dont have this critias."
and conduct me to zoneedit.com ;
now i m busy with zoneedit.com....
i can make the nameservers but it dont take a ip.
