Hmm I seem to really like learning about TM things and today I came across Rollerblade Inc WIPO dealings with owners of Rollerblading / com and Rollerblade / net - both turned out to be different results :
http://www.wipo.int/amc/en/domains/decisions/html/2000/d2000-0429.html
http://www.wipo.int/amc/en/domains/decisions/html/2000/d2000-0427.html
I actually did not know Rollerblade is trademarked, quite surprised there. Now, I do hold a hoverboard name and was thinking responding to a domain request here with the same keyword but there were some views, no replies, wonder if it's to do with TM issue?
However, Hoverboard doesn't seem like it's registrable being that it's used now like another animal as a skateboard. It's even used as another term for a Flyboard (which is quite odd considering it's not exactly a board).
Would still like to hear some thoughts about this though.
