A female singer calling herself Sony Holland has won a case that electronics giant Sony brought against her regarding the domain Sonyholland.com.

Seems like a good decision...

I am not sure, but I don't think you have to pay anything if you are the defending party in a WIPO arbitration.

The defendant in a WIPO case is not required to pay anyone, unless she hires a lawyer to respond. I think if she wanted to go to 3 instead of 1 panelist, there may have been a fee to her, but I don't remember those provisions well.
