Can't see it having any real value unless it is developed. .eu.com is not a real TLD and it has very little visibility.

He has quite a few *.web.coms; I doubt he would have registered this many faux domains without realizing what was going on, so he probably plans to develop.

That being said, we can't really give this "domain" an undeveloped value as it's not really a true domain name; it's just a subdomain of eu.com.

Good point....but these are now sold by some well known registrars such as networksolutions and enom so I doubt there is any real risk now. "safe as houses!" ha ha

Well, yes, .eu.com is a bad tld, but hotel is an excellent keyword.
I think you could try to sell it for low-mid $xxx.
There are some nice us.com, de.com and eu.com sales ...
