Im selling my website http://www.hostoly.com
Its a web hosting directory listed in all major search engines with link popularity and google pagerank is 4. Its over 15 months old and gets an avg of 100 visitors/day. Three months ago I changed the site and built it around phplinkdirectory with custom made design. There are currently over 100 companies listed. Google adsense make's a few bucks a month.
