Greetings!
We have a client who ordered hosting from us. Our hosting package includes FREE Domain name and we have informed the client that we will be glad to renew the domain before it expires.
We have already access to the Hostingdude registrar control panel provided by our clients and we had already changed all the needed info --- DNS servers, admin contact, technical contact and billing contact. In effect, we are already hosting the domain!
What we want to be able to do is to have this domain administered over Godaddy as most of our domains are already there. I noticed that the navigational menus of Hostingdude is similar to Godaddy so I presume they are a reseller of Godaddy or something? So is there anyway that we can transfer domain administration of the client domain from Hostingdude to be changed to our Godaddy account? Or does it need a domain transfer process?
Please advise. Thank you very much.
