Hostingdude a good registrar?

Anyone used HostingDude? Extremely cheap price at, I think, $1.99 or something.

That's one ugly-looking site. (Look at it FireFox...)

Aside from that, I'm just going to go ahead and say it: "you get what you pay for." A lot of people use 1&1, iPower, etc. because they are cheap and I've yet to read a positive review about either.
