I need to host domains with local IPs in various countries; please, give me addresses of reliable hosts you know outside US-Canada-Italy-UK (already tried).

Hosts which allow multiple addon domains are even better.

I'm also looking for free/paid reliable email services with the same requirements mentioned above, thanks for helping.

What's the real reason for all this ? Simply I wish to test diff. services from diff. countries, nothing special but it's important to me.
Any website in English/French/Spanish/Portuguese/Italian language is welcome ...

I think that it would be quite difficulrt to find. I think that only separate accounts in those differnt countries must be the only solution for you.
I understand you are looking for the multiply IP web hosting - that exists but only inside of the one country.

Hmm I believe that UK or Italy cannot be named as offshore ones as well as other companies you have mentored

I think the most convenient way to do it is to find a hosting provider that offers multiple datacenter locations, it may be easier to monitor sites performance within one company.
