Hosting Forums?

Hi all.

I want to start a website that will give away free PHPBB Forums. Theres loads around i know, but id like to start one.

Basiclly a user signs up with his email address and password, and he will auto get a forum at: http://myforumhostsite.com/userforum

Is there a script that does this or what?

Yep best out there phpbb and IPB hosting it allows.
