Ad in forums

Does anyone know how to put ads into forums... everytime I try I always get a parse error and I don't really understand the conflict... the ads that are at the bottom of this thread for example... is that a special script or is that easy to do? Any help would be appreciated...

Just go to the correct template and insert the code for adsense/ypn. Nothing special should be needed

You just have to found a file to copy and paste your adsense code.. occasionally when you upload, upload it as ascii file instead of binary.. but usually your ftp program understand it.

I believe there are hacks for your forum you can install for adsense integration.. look in to that.

what forum software are you using?

if you are using vbulletin and you want ads at the bottom, you will need to log on to your admin CP and goto templates and find the footer template, then place the code for you ad in there somewhere
