Well, I own hosting dot cc. I would like to have it appraised. I'm considering the purchase of another .cc domain name, again a single dictionary domain name, and would like to hear the opinion of more experienced users.

A good development, and a good affiliate program would give a decent value to this domain.
But in the reseller market, due to the poor extension, you can sell it just for mid-high $xx imho. Up to mid $xxx for a end-user (unlikely).
