I am waiting for an enduser for this domain. What is a realistic price for this one? I know the realestate market is very strong in Hong Kong.

Hey,

There isn't a large search amount for the exact term, only 73 exact searches.

"hong kong real estate" and "hong kong real estate" yield more searches (1900 & 2400) yet it's not a significant ammount for such a populated city.

So then you're left thinking why this is. Well, for starters, I think the majority of the people who live there speak Mandarin, or Chinese. The tourists on the other hand, look for places to rent not buy.

The domain is also a bit long.

But I know you're probably looking at the New York domain which sold for 42K. It had more searches and english was the dominant language. While there are some big fish in the sea paying big money, I'd say realistically you'd be looking at low $x,xxx - mid $x,xxx.
