This site has been up for sometime now I just never got around to make something out of it. Someone with enough time and knowledge could make a killing with this site which is run by a custom script. Traffic on the domain name is small nothing worth mentioning.

The only thing that does not work is the link directory in which you will have to install yourself if you wanted it. I was going to add a link directory but as mentioned just didn't find the time. You can choose to install one or just make the link into something else or drop it all together.

Also:
Can you list the admin features/screeenshot
Does it only provide free listings (i.e. not able to charge for agents with multiple listing?).

Vince, the advertise section is where you would ad an advertising script such as phpAdsNew I took that section down because it was apart of my main ad manager which I use for multiple sites. The script is easy to install and is free. Below are the admin features

1) Manage properties such as edit/active/make featured

2) Manage members edit/add/delete and so on

3) Manage catagories edit/add/delete and so on

4) Email list

5) Settings (name of site, currency accepted, cities, states, payment gateways, company logo


Those are pretty much the admin features, you are able to keep the site free or charge a fee it's all up to you...even do both.
