About: It’s important to open up the “real estate investing” community to improve transparency. Less BS, more honest advice! We want to encourage real estate investment in ways that are responsible to the community, the environment, and of course your own finances…

Our site is nearly out of the beta stages. We're looking to sell the site, technology and growing membership. This person would ideally be an experienced Real Estate Investor and/or community builder.

Financials: Lots of opportunity. We focused our time on development, design and laying the foundation for good SEO. Currently the site turns a modest profit on very little advertising. I'm sure potential buyers / partners realize the value of web properties in this market (real estate, investing, lending). Single clicks through YPN and Adsense can easily exceed $5.00 CPC.

Technology:

• Rails based social network. NOT out of a box... This is a custom coded niche social network system. The Buyer would also own the technology, and could repurpose it for any other market / industry.
• We've intentionally kept the site simple, in order to grow organically, and beat out our competitors.
• We've spent the last few months redesigning from the ground up, adding tons of new networking features and preparing the site for new ownership.

• Blog writing, organize guest bloggers

With an experienced community builder the site will grow at a rapid pace. We were named one of the Top 50 Ways to Market Real Estate Online, and every review received to date has been overwhelming positive.

Revenue:
We haven't focused any attention on monetization of the site, but installed some basic ad networks to cover our hosting costs, and site promotion. Current monthly revenue is $428 with zero effort towards ad sales.
