unincorporated area = waste of time, pretty much...

If you want to buy and hold it for a long, long time hoping that area gets big and the area incorporates as a city/town someday, that's one thing, but right now, it isn't even a map dot without much prospective chance for attaining map-dot status.

I have taken a chance to be able to sell it to one of the (business related) websites made for homelandflorida and had already thought of putting accross exactly what you said "area gets big and the area incorporates as a city/town someday". Hopefully, it'll make sense to atleast one of them. I'll be happy to even sell it for only 50% extra of what I spent.

I want to feel I have done business.
