Yeah I know it's a .info but Google said the extension doesn't matter in rankings so I couldn't resist. And a .info also does make some sense in this case.

"home contents insurance" gets 8500 exact searches with 17.66 CPC so users are actually typing all this and advertisers are paying all that. I'll also kind of assume it's a "buying" keyword.
