hello folks. I own the domain homebreathalyzer.com. I have a potential buyer a law firm wants to purchase this and develop as the end user, I want to make sure Iam not taken for a ride on this thanks

I actually like the domain name. The .net and .info are registered (which is helpful to you). I would put a resale value in the low to mid x,xxx range. When I have delt with Attorneys in the past, they are less likely to wince at that kind of figure. I would probably ask for around $2-4k and see what kind of response you get. Typically I handle these negotiations by phone, if possible. It gives me a better since of the other person and little less guessing as you can ususally guage what they are thinking by the tone of the voice.
