The key to any real good sale is matching the right buyer at the right time. Sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you get impatient.

Overture numbers on this domain are bogus, and likely run up by ppc advertisers and curiosity seekers. Wordtracker shows approximately 19,000 searches per month for this term across all engines. There is too much disparity between the two.

I think that the Overture stats are really misleading the bidders there, and driving up the price way too much....

That's why I never trust the Overture stats, but always check the digital point tool (the numbers are DAILY searches):
