Anyone know of or use Hoax-box?

I have been looking at going with HOAX-BOX for webhosting.
Anyone using them?
Any one know of them?
Is there a website that "rates" webhosts?

Well, given the name, I think you should try to find someone else. This could be a... hoax. But you can try to do a search on them over at webhostingtalk.com
