I've seen it before but can't find it.
I'm looking for a place to check history
or previous owners of a domain name...
anyone know?
It's for a .cc ext

Archive.org works for ALL extention. Try for example: check.cc

if theres no results. there is no history.

I don't think so. It only means the history (if any) was not collected by Archive.org
