She can still win, people!! ;)

"Dumb People for Hilary" [sic] bumper stickers are showing up across the country and being shipped by the truck load to South Dakota, Montana, and Puerto Rico. (The trucks to Puerto Rico have been driving off bridges in the Florida Keys.) The stickers and other "dumb people" paraphernalia are being paid for by the Clinton campaign, even while the campaign's supporters have organized to stop making contributions and instead buy lottery tickets in all 50 states.

Eh, Clintons have been scrappers for decades, I mean look at Bill, just about any other person in the world would have worked out a resignation to avoid censure, but he just worked the angles and plowed ahead.

Personally, could not care less, as none of the candidates truly appeal to me. But, I think she may pull this off, if she can force the issue out long enough.

If she does end up becoming President, there's going to be a huge upheaval in the democratic party leadership, lol, lot of people will have to eat crow or quit.

I agree there.. but can't see her pulling it off w/o damaging the Demo's beyond repair.

I'm not too keen on Hillary but have admired Bill.

I wish Ron Paul could have pulled it off and hope he returns in 2012.

It's over!

She'll need solid wins today in Puerto Rico, and then on Tuesday in both South Dakota and Montana ... and then at least 80% of the remaining super delegates! :red: D-:

Bottom line ... it's over, and she can push the issue of Michigan (Florida has been fully resolved) all she wants, but the numbers still can't work in her favor, IMHO. Super's aren't mathematicians, but they do have the party's best interests at hand, and they will flow very rapidly to Obama this week and finally put this thing to rest! :music:

PS. Take the V.P. scenario out of the equation, as well ... he'll be STRONGLY advised not to offer it to her - and she wouldn't accept in anyway. :|

Just my two sense.

I only have 2 words:

THANK GOD!

I mean, Barack is African/Muslim, but it beats having a woman in office, especially a Clinton :P Im glad :D

The great irony in all of this is that a Democratic nominee may win the nomination but lose the popular vote. What goes around, comes around, eh? :D

Yeah, CT, lol, that's probably hitting home in a lot of different homes, heh.

Hillary won Puerto Rico by a wide margin!! D-:

No worries.
As expected ... but I believe Obama will still secure at least 14 delegates today, which has been Team Obama'sโ„ข brilliant strategy since the beginning, or at least since Super Tuesday, IMHO. He cannot lose the nomination, mathematically speaking! :music: :imho:

And by the way, DebacleX, Barack is not a Muslim.. I wish we could dispel that bit of misinformation once and for all.

^ Amen (and, please, now no funny pastor comments / jokes either)!

Thank you.

I think Chi4Obama said it best:

Ok, let's get realโ€ฆ.

To put this in sports analogy terms. Hillary is like a losing playoff team, that has been getting destroyed throughout the course of a series. Now that the clock is running out, she closes the gap in the final minutes of the last game, to only lose by a more respectable margin. And this of course is because Barack (the winner), has pulled his starters out of the game.

If you dont understand that, it basically says that Hillary was doing bad the whole time, and she's only looking good now because Barack Obama knows he will win no matter what, and he's just not trying no more.

GO BARACK!

What does Barrack's race or Hillary's gender have to do with the presidency? :|

I didn't think it was possible... looks liek your racists, sexist, and religionist (watever it is) all in one...

BTW, first, who cares if he is african or muslim - muslims arent all terrorists, and they believe in peace and god just like all religions do - + he isn't muslim.

And about Clinton, who cares if it's a woman or a man? :|

I think its a women in this case, but I agree. Race, Religion and Sex should not make a difference.

They are politicians, and no matter what they are, they will still lie to you, try to fool you and ultimately betray you.

She does... and I'm getting really sick of the "I'm a woman that can do a man's job. I'm just as good as a man. You're all sexist" nonsense. I don't care if she's a woman or a man, all I care about is whether or not she can do the job. I honestly don't believe she'll do a good job because she'll just be running around the whole time trying to convince everyone that women are just as good as men. She'll waste more time fighting for woman power than being a president.

If another, more respectable woman, comes along and runs, I may vote for her - but I wouldn't want Hilary as my gardener, let along my president.
(I'm actually my own gardener)

That is what i am hoping happens, she will keep going, people who would have voted Demo, vote Republican.

^ Not going to happen, my good friend ... as I mentioned above, she is DONE - it's O.V.E.R. - there's nothing left for her and if she wants to try pursue this thing, it will end VERY dramatically and she'll lose any leverage she once had within the party, IMHO. Bill won't stand for it, I'm telling you right now. Trust me, friends ... this is a DONE DEAL and Obama is your nominee and it's on the the general! Obama in a landslide over McCain ... I don't see any other realistically possible scenario, humbly. :lala:
