- Brief overview
Good morning fellow Webmasters, today i have decided to sell my website which has been very succesfull in the short-time, with record breaking potential in the long-term. The website i have decided to sell today is a photoshop tutorial website, not only does the website specialise and focus on tutorials, we have also focused on free webhosting to get targetted visitors to our website and to help eastablish a good customer/user relation early in the time-frame. Nowtutorials recieves just over 1000 unique visitors per day, with a normal day averaging 24,000 - 30,000 page views. The website is fully established in terms of traffic,conent,and also search engine ranking, so the new owner would have very little work if any to physically do.
- About our visitors
A majority of nowtutorials visitors are from the US and the United Kingdom, The unique content/tutorials i have written have been very popular with tutorial search engines and listing websites which have glady listing them very quickly. Around 80% of our visitors are due to the content/tutorials we have to offer, although the other 20% come for free & paid webhosting.
- Revenue
Nowtutorials.com is making anywhere from $3.50 min to $10 max a day using google adsense, I recently added bidvertiser last night (11PM UK TIME) just to see what type of pay per click prices i would be given. Since i implemented bidvertiser ads i have earned $1.26 with 4 clicks, which is a little better than google adsense, although google adsense pays better for hosting advertisements. So i decided to use both google adsesne and bidvertiser, with bidvertiser focused on some of the inner pages, and google adsense focused on the hosting page and some others.
Nowtutorials.com has proven succesfull in terms of users purchasing advertising, due to the traffic some of our clients are recieving anywhere from 20-50 unique visitors a day, this has built a firm relationship with our ad buyers, giving nowtutorials.com that push up in revenue. In total around an extra $75-$125 is made from this service.
We do offer paid hosting packages for $12.95 / month, we are currently sponsored with coupon.sc, in which they provide a coupon code for nowtutorials hosting which allows the users to input this code and get 20% off paid hosting. In total has nowtutorials.com has made just short of $200 in paid hosting packages, which should be rebilled next month.

I have focued a great deal on SEO, it's a skill i must say i have. SEO is important to a website, it helps to build traffic and also history for your website. We are currently ranked 5th on google for the Keyword "Now tutorials" out of about 6,950,000. I have verified nowtutorials.com with google and i have recently added a sitemap to google webmasters. The website has also links on a few PR6 website's a lot of PR4'S and PR5'S, one of the PR6 links is on http://www.good-tutorials.com, this is a permenant link and will not removed (neither will the others). The Keywords i have targetted are "Tutorials" "Photoshop tutorials" "Tuts" "Web design" "Web Development" "Web hosting". Please find below the current links from SE'S.

The reason why i have decided to sell nowtutorials.com is because i have a partnership with a person that has a huge reputation on the internet, I cannot go in to details of private business, but i must say if this new time consuming prospect did not occur, I would not be selling nowtutorials.com!
While I will be very busy with my new projects, I can make my expertise available (if required) during the transitional period. if my expertise is required after the transitional period I could make myself available on an on going consulting basis for a nominal fee.
