I think you'll sell this eventually. How much is hard to say as I don't think you could build an entire site around it, so it's possibly likely to be an addition/redirect. Good matching keywords though.

I think the plural would be better, but doesn't kill this too much as "food" is a plural already

Put it on the marketplaces with a make offer for a while, and decide to renew or set a BIN based on any offers received.
