I know an SEO marketer would buy this for at least $150 based off the above metrics.

Again question is: how much is it worth to a domainer?

OB81 seems to be some kind of Siemens product other than that I see no obvious use. Four char .com's are not hot and I doubt the info listed above can justify a $xxx sale. In general I think you will have a hard time finding a buyer for this one if you are looking for an $xxx sale.
