Designer flaked out; need new one NOW

Our prior designer flaked out, with weak excuses about his cable line being cut...via e-mail, from the cable line that was supposedly cut.

Anyway, we are looking for a designer for a custom WordPress theme. No logo design is necessary, just a basic, custom theme.
