Goods being sold - iHostFind - Great Deals and Prices on the Best Web Hosts on the Internet, unique custom template w/ original PSD ($50 value), unique original content written by me, original design. Good niche site with lots of earning potential.
Earnings - In about a month and a half I got $200 in affiliate commission, with some negligible adsense revenue. There is more potential for revenue that I have not tapped, which includes selling ads to others on the site. The affiliate links can be found at the hosting sites themselves or commission junction (cj.com) so those are very easy to come by.

The domain itself is 3 years old. I started it out originally as exactly what it is now, and made $xxx, but things came up so I cancelled my hosting. I put it back up around 6 months ago but I forgot to do anything to it do get more revenue. Very recently I redesigned the site and at the beginning of the month I started directing targeted traffic to the site to optimize sales potential.
Traffic: Traffic is not high but it is targeted. It comes mainly from forums (sig links), link trades, google, and I purchased advertisements at a related site ($15 expense). If even a fraction more is invested, the product can be proportionally related.

The reason I’m selling this site is because I recently got hit with huge phone overages, ridiculous bank fees, and a speeding ticket…all in one week. Life can suck cant it
