This is a a new website (created in April) which makes money from just 1 page and has 3 pages altogether (the other 2 being links and memes pages).This shows its great potential for higher earnings if new content could be added to the site - I do not have time for this hence why I'm selling.
Traffic = 100% search engine traffic
It has had little SEO done to it, thus with good link building methods you should see a significant rise in traffic.
NOTE: Summer months are bad in the fitness niche, so when September comes the website will see a good rise in traffic and sales.
