I want to know how you can forward a domain to another if your cpanel does not have url forwarding directly.
What do you have to setup, a "A" or "CNAME" record?

it can be done other ways in cpanel but creating a CNAME record is much better and more stable. i use it with 3 or 4 sub domains ive created.

ok thanks I also saw that I can make a NS for a subdomain dort of redirection.
