Hi,

I have been following this blog for quite a time..still don't understand why people are so jealous about others..as no body knows about rules and regulations and ..just simply talk about them.anyway..I am not bothered about these..i will really appreciate if somebody answers these questions:

1) I have registered these domains:

a) TripName.com
b) ExtraGadget.com

First and Foremost ...Are these good names?

Please some body let me know about TM violations,,,,about these
other thing is hunting me like crazy.
if i register a domain first and later if some body does TM on that..what would be the result?

I live in India and How this TM work across the Globe?

a) TripName.com [What do you mean by this? its not understandable]
b) ExtraGadget.com [I think there is no TM issues. domain name is good, but extra point to more, which means Gadgets]

if someone TM any name, it doesn't matter if you regged domain name first or not. he can take it as easy as tick.

People are people so you fill find axxxoles everywhere.

Said this, I really don't think your domains have value unless you develop them and try to sell the website. Unfortunately there are thousands of names like those that expire every single day.

That is simply not true. TM law is far more complicated than that.
