The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.

You already posted the same a few weeks ago.
Didn´t you got some answers ?
I can tell you every entry in search entries is PR and it doesn´t matter if it´s negative or positive you will get additional visitors.
In your case I would talk to the other webmaster and ask to remove the comments. But it will be for a very long time in the search engines cache. Just to let you know.

I think your own site should appear on the top. If it is not, then you need to do SEO: try to bring your site to top. And also, submit articles about your site to top directories with positive comments. These articles should be original. Articles do rank high, so hopefully, they will outrank the bad comments.

Also, you can go to that comments page and defend your site :)

I would suggest you to do some Social Bookmarks and use tags as your company or organization name so that the SERPS Change. I wish this will helps you and do let me know if you follows my tip with its results.

What keiwords?

Make sure you get backlins that match the terms that you are getting outranked for. -XYZ company review- instead of just -XYZ company-. If its just one blog entry it would be easy to out rank the term.
