Hi, I'm new to all this and need some help

hi to all

i wonder if you can help me, im very new to all this web design stuff and have bought a tutorial book for dreamweaver. i am half way through and stuck. in the panel on the left hand side in the design tab you have the css styles, when you go to the options pop up menu and go to export, it brings up a screen for you to navigate to the folder you want, once i have found the folder i want and am trying to save a new css style in it, it keeps saying dreamweaver could not save C:dwcc\dwcc\html\training.html because it is locked.
how do i unlock this thing, i have tried everything for someone who doesnt know what he's doing. im sure there's a simple answer - but i just cant find it, and 10 hours trying to find it is getting a bit boring now. PLEASE HELP.

yeah and C: should be C:\ maybe save to desktop and move it???

I say CHECK THE PATH!

Change C:dwcc\dwcc\html\training.html to C:\\dwcc\dwcc\html\training.html

Make sure the path exists. Also make sure nothing else is using that file.
If you're sure the path is correct then reboot your computer to remove the file lock.
