Could somebody please tell me what the minimum requirements for selling designs are please and what i need to do to start? eg. Do i need a Paypal account or anything else?

Regarding your question, there are no real requirements to start selling things here, but yes you should idealy get a PayPal account before buying or selling, as 99% of the time that is going to be your payment method. Other than that, just be honest and you'll be fine :D :tu:
