To get an idea on how much they could be worth you can post them in the Domain Appraisal section

For the "how" .. it's obviously a little more complex and not really within the scope of a welcome thread to give you all the information (it's all already there throughout the forums).. definitely take time to look around to learn about the various marketplaces you can list them at.
