This domain was registered after a mention of "Hermits united" on a Dr. Who episode several years ago. I registered it (in my name) for a friend who wanted to run a blog, which he did for about a year then gave up ( and I paid for renewals since; it is my domain).

Market: most obvious would be Dr. Who related, the blog that was on the site for a while was actually more a parody of a 'loner/modern day hermit' related.

I don't have any thoughts on value; Estibot is throwing a 4 digit number but that's what Estibot does...

.NET is available, .ORG is taken

The domain has been aimed at a blank or for sale page since the server the blog had petrified on died; the reference I have says that was 2011. Unfortunately it seems the registrar is using the for sale page to post ads for Russian and Asian beauties....

No known revenue (unless the registrar is getting some from ads)

Don't know how one monetizes it, but maybe it's possible...
There are quite a few T-shirts with the phrase.
I would expect low to mid $xxx.

if they buy shirts with this phrase, they just might buy the domain...

I think it's value would be too small to be worth keeping.

I would say regfee to mid xx$.

Potential end-users would probably shy away from offering anything as they would believe your price would be too high. I would say your chances of staying with it for the next 10 years are largely higher than the chance of selling it to anyone even for 1$.

The reason I said low to mid $xxx is that the global exacts are plenty for such an obscure phrase.
The fans are cultic about their show & track quotes from it.

I sold SeattleWise dot com for $300 to end user (who approached me).
The phrase had no searches and no fans.

It could take time to sell, of course, but I'm defending my original appraisal.
