One of our member are from Iran and they can't access sites freely. They can't promote many affiliate program.

I suggested changing DNS. However, that doesn't work. Moreover, it's dangerous because ISP can still know what you're accessing. Changing DNS works in Indonesia though.

So, here are some ways you can try

I can't tell who our friends are. He can read but best not to comment directly lest that mullah can figure out who he is,. He is pming me.

Using alternate DNS is only a start.
Indeed the ISP can still tap the whole traffic.
Solution: use a VPN service.

Now if the ISP does deep packet inspection or is monitoring your friend in particular, it will be able to see there is encrypted traffic flowing to a server abroad. Some known VPN ports might also be restricted by the ISP, so additional workarounds have to be found.
