Help with server setup

Just got a new dedicated server, using CENTOS 5 and CPANEL. Need to set up nameservers and move some accounts from a reseller account over to the server. I already signed up for platinumservermanagement and will have them harden the server, but need to get started immediately. Let me know what you would charge for doing this. Thanks!
