Need two programs installed on my Dedicated server in root

Need someone familiar with how to install FreezeThaw-0.43 and Business-UPS-2.0 to a dedicated server. I need these to run a script on my server. I am willing to pay via paypal as soon as these are installed. I have the zip files for them allready. My server is a cpanel server. Running Centos 3.
