Help me setup a brainstorm clone

I want help to setup a clone of Ubuntu-Brainstorm without the Ubuntu logos ofcourse, for a purpose nearly as similar as that.
The code is open-source and is available and instructions are HERE
But, these are instructions for a server to which you have full access. I've a normal cPanel account, and would like to setup the software on a website of mine.
I want the job to be done asap once taken up. I'm not sure but I don't think this is a difficult job, so let me know how much you charge for this job.

I believe it's not a very simple job either I have never installed it, but seems like possible with a normal cPanel. but you need to have pgadmin/postgresql installed/activated in your cpanel.
