Help with Namebright

For the last few days my domains at Namebright do not resolve and can not sign in to my account! Has anyone experienced similar thing lately? Sent them email but no reply! I can rest the password but still login failed, any idea?

I know, this is not of much help but I just logged in normally :/ .. maybe if you reset the cache/cookies etc. or used another browser?
