With all the interest in .cc's lately, I registered Workouts.cc. Workouts.com is listed at www.GreatDomains.com for $500,000!!!! That's why I registered Workouts.cc!!!

My question is: Should I wait a few months to see if Workouts.com sells, then try to list my Workouts.cc at www.GreatDomains.com, or see if they will accept it now? Do you think it hurts my domain being on there at the same time with the .com, or would it help it?? (It has to be accepted first, of course, there are never any guarantees!!)

In the past, I registered Baths.tv, after seeing Baths.com listed for $100,000 at www.GreatDomains.com. They accepted my domain, (after a little confusion), and listed it for $10,000. I checked it the other day, and it now lists for $25,000!!! I guess I will have to check on it. They also dropped several of my names without any notice...hmmmm, another question I need to ask them.

Anywaym please give me your "stragety" thoughts!!

Frank/ banking on Workouts.cc!!!

List: Why not list it now and compete with the dotcom name. It will list for less and this may be appealing to certain bargain hunting enduser buyers.

Dropped: The term of your agreement was most likely 6 months if you check. I guess they simply lost the love for those names.

Baths.tv: I think that $10,000 was a very fair price. I think raising the price on that particular domain name will hurt it (IMO.)

Ask them now, they are always changing their minds but .cc is part of their stable so you have a reasonable chance.

They drop names normally after six months and they used to like .us but no more- in general.

I think it's a darn good match with the .TV TLD but don't try to figure out their selecting process. You'll go mad.

Maybe they are sleepers...maybe with the changes coming on the 14th, maybe with .com's running out.. maybe with the power of www.Verisign.com, and their www.GreatDomains.com....they can help us sell some!!! Good luck to us all.

But, I know what you mean... Do we go nuts regging all the great names left in .cc's, or take it slow and easy, and wait and see?? But, if you wait too long, then they are gone.... so we start on the .bz's!!!! All speculation, I guess. He who speculates the best...wins!!! IMO
