Help with cashe

yesterday my site resolved dns- and i was able to get in- install my front page extensions, and even work on the site-

today, it is showing me the sedo parked page again in my browser, i can not access it via frontpage, but- the dns is still pointing to my server place, not sedo!

what the heck? i have no idea what happened- my server place can see the site- not the sedo page-- i am thinking maybe a good cashe wipe? but, i dont know what to do beyond clearing the temp internet files and clearing the history

Back up and then start fresh.....

works for me everytime, and you will probably save more time then messing with it.
