[Help] What's wrong with Moniker??????

I have contacted Moniker support directly by email two days ago, but i have received any response, i found my account can not log in two days ago.

what can i do? what is wrong with moniker?

still show "Login to account failure", i still can not log into my account, still can not manage my domains, and moniker still don't give me any response, do disappointed

Submit a ticket. It's in the Upper right hand corner!

I have been waiting on my Rep's reply for days as well. I called Moniker today and several people are gone to the Trade Show.... So I guess everything STOPS when they head to a trade show. >:(

I'm still trying to get control of a Moniker registered domain I won in a 3 day auction at snapnames 5 days ago :td:

i thought i saw a notice up there- something about 2pm going down for maintanence- i think- may still be glitches

No problem logging in for me, but their website has been really slow a couple times in the last two days.

Drove me screaming crazy because someone beat me to a very good domain.

hrmm...I haven't had any issues at all with logging into my account. Can only really suggest calling them on phone support...

It works perfectly for me. Try calling them up to address your problem.

Something wrong with your ISP, it logged me in within a few seconds.

i'll try another time, yeah here in our country, it's normal that ISP's seems to go on vacation on a daily basis :lol:
