I am new in this field so little bit confused with one of my domain studapps.com
Esibot appraisal $0
freevaluator appraisal $2000
But a similar domain studapp.com('without s') is available as premium domain name on godaddy costing around $1835
Also the keywor d search in very good as per Google keyword suggestion tool....can anyone tell the what will be a good price to sell this domain...(a minimum limit)

forget the estibot and free valuate appraisals - they are pretty meaningless,the best place to ask for an appraisal is here
With regards the premium name on GoDaddy,anyone can list any domain as Premium with any price they desire so again it means nothing.
Have a look through a few threads on here and hopefully you'll get the answers you're looking for.Im not experienced enough to give you a figure.
Namebio seems to show decent sales for domains containing the word apps .See for yourself here

same for me I found alot of premium domains on godaddy after year or so the owner drop it . pepole mostly intreast to premium domain if it fits with their brand .

When it comes to the value of a domain I pay attention to the following factors:

Number of Websites with the Domain Keyword in Them

I use Zfbot.com I put my domain keyword in that I want to buy and I am looking to see 20 or more related websites that have that domain keyword within their domain. The more the better. In your case Studapps has 0 and without the S has 7. This is just too low and will make it tough to sell.

Monthly Searches

Monthly searches are not as important but basically the more searches the better. I tend to like domains that have at least 1000 searches or more. If a domain has less then that I make sure it has a lot of related websites. Studapps has 10 searches a month. This will not make the cut.

Number of Advertisers on Google Adwords

When it comes to checking ads for Google adwords you can simply go do a google search for you domain keyword and look at the right side. I also use spyfu.com as it shows me top advertisers and current ads. Again Studapps had 0.

Based on the factors I use often this domain has no value. I trust these factors based on my experience of buying a domain that fits what I want and end up selling it for good profit. Of course you can always have someone buy it from you randomly because they need it but the chances of this happening are slim.

I just wanted to say that I found the answer by @Willox Perez helpful for me as a newbie - besides answering the OP's question, it goes further beyond that to help me with tools that I can use to apply the same methods to my own domains. Thanks. I also found that reading through the appraisal threads here on NamePros is helpful in a general sense, even if the domains are not necessarily similar to my own domains.
