Help Please - Unable to enter chat room!

I unable to enter chat here, I'm getting below error message. Could someone help me to troubleshoot?

I use IE 7
JAVA installed
Connection is LAN

I checked in both way, Enable & Disable firewall

(without changing any firefox settings)

I was having the same problem trying to access the chat room from work, but I can get in from home. Most times the problem is the firewall settings on the server. If you are at work and trying to access it from there, the Network Administrator could have possibly blocked port 8080 from internet access to prevent the very thing you are trying to do - chat! Try accessing it from home or an internet cafe instead.

I was helping someone last week by PM and after some PM's we came to know
that he had a wireless lan system (at home) that had a firewall buid in.

I think there were problems with the chat room yesterday. You aren't the only one to mention problems with it. Try it again and let us know if it continues.

Could be just a site problem. Did you check it again today?
