PROBLEM SOLVED THANKS!

Hi, I currently run a game site with around 190 games in it. I went to the control panel and attempted to add a new game. I pointed to the file on my computer and clicked upload and this is the message that I got:

Warning: move_uploaded_file(.././swf/goldminer13.swf) [function.move-uploaded-file]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in e:\home\gamesinteractive.net\wwwroot\admincp\admin.class.php on line 205

Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: Unable to move 'C:\PHP\uploadtemp\phpA203.tmp' to '.././swf/goldminer13.swf' in e:\home\gamesinteractive.net\wwwroot\admincp\admin.class.php on line 205

My site is using gamescript. If anyone knows what the problem is please let me know. Thanks.

You'd probably get a better response if you posted your problem on gamescript's support forums?

A quick look at the error message appears you have to chmod the upload directory to have correct permissions

Yes, just about to say that. Seems it has to be able for permissions to read and execute.

As they stated above ^^ :).

You need to chmod admincp\admin .class.php to 777 and also the folder 'swf' to 777.

This is because the admin .class.php file needs execution permission to do some of its functions, and the swf folder needs to have write permissions so that the file can be uploaded.

Best of luck,
Rhett.
