Help on selling a Blockchain domain ?

I am getting interest on one of my domains for sale that have the word Blockchain. in it.

its a .dotcom I am aware of the popularity now on this type of domain and have sold
bitcoin related domains in the past on my own. However is it advisable to use a middleman like Sedo for the pricing and negotiating? its four letters infront of the blockchain and i received a few company emails asking to buy but low low ball prices. any advise here?
