Help Needed With GoDaddy "Domain Ownership Protection"

Hi ive sold a site and need to transfer the domain obviously, but i have a service on it i don't even remember buying called Domain Ownership Protection, it seems to block me being able to transfer the domain? I need to transfer it to another godaddy users account, how can i do that?

This was on of the most rediculous services that GoDaddy offers. Platinum Protection, or something like that. We started offering it just when I was leaving about 1.5 years ago. A total joke and waste of money.

Your going to need to go through GoDaddy to get this thing undone, if it can be, at all.

i never used that service, and with domainspade commentary i won't even try it.
godaddy is very easy to use, but there are some stuff i don't like from it.
