Hello i need some help, i don't know this forum is perfect for this thread or not, if not then mod can move it on the right so i get what place is best For this kind of topic,

well there is a guys who have some nice domain names and pr on it pr3 and pr4 but serp ranking of those website is not good, and he is offering me to buy those domains and i am also interested in it But my question is that how can i check that those two domains haven't fake pr and aren't banned From google , i am bit confused just because i think he is selling those sites on very cheap rates , Sites are index in google, but i heard there are people those are selling sites with Fake pr And banned sites too.

So is there a way to check that these sites Are safe to buy??? or i have to take risk??

I would say disregard PageRank as a consideration entirely. If that's your main reason to buy the domain, then don't buy the domain.

Well honestly i am buying those domain just because of PR Value, Anyways now i am not gonna buy them,
