Help needed: Bad performance under Google chrome

Hello everyone,
I developed a site using wordpress.

But when you are opening the site with google chrome browser, the site isn't always loaded fully. It sometimes shows like the pic attached.

Could anybody give me some hint? Why this happens？

On my Chrome it is loading completely.
If that is happening only some times either you have a problem with the local internet connection or some times the server might be down for a while.
It is not about the design or html.

Clean out your computer.
Clean Cache and Defrag your system

Then try again.

But the problem still there. If I fresh the page, the everything turns OK again. Strange.
